Purchaser's expenses:
The purchaser will pay a brokering fee that will be added to the purchase sum. A brokering fee will be added to every single object, and the purchaser's expenses will appear in each auction advertisement. Our standard fees are: Purchase sum 0 - 5,000,000 NOK: 3%, Purchase sum 5,000,001-10,000,000 NOK: 2%, Purchase sum 10,000,001 NOK - : 1%. For auctions that have been won or when "Buy Now" has been used, the purchaser will receive a combined invoice for the purchase sum and brokering fee + VAT.
Export of used aquaculture- and fishery gears, implements, etc., to the EU
When exporting used aquaculture- and fishery gears, implements, etc., to the EU, a plant health certificate must be issued by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority. For processing the application an approval from the Norwegian Food Safety Authority, the price is NOK 5,000 + VAT. This includes the fee from the Norwegian Food Safety Authority and our rate for the work that is done. Invoiced to the purchaser.
Seller's expenses for brokerage services:
Maritimeauction.eco offers brokerage services. This service includes taking care of the entire sales process: - Creating the ad(pictures, text and necessary documentation) - reaching out to potential buyers in our lists and registers - handling bidding rounds - negotiations - invoicing and contract preparation - financing, insurance and shipping.
The seller will pay a commission of the purchase sum. This commission + VAT will be deducted from the purchase sum before it is disbursed.
For our brokerage services we offer these rates for our commision:
Purchase sum up to 500,000 NOK: 19%, Purchase sum from 500,001-1,000,000 NOK: 15%, Purchase sum from 1,000,001 - 1,500,000 NOK: 10%, Purchase sum from 1,500,001 - 2,000,000 NOK: 5%, Purchase sum from 2,000,001 - 5,000,000 NOK: 3%, Purchase sum from 5,000,001 - 10,000,000 NOK: 2%, Purchase sum from 10,000,001 NOK --: 1%.
Seller's expenses for self-service on the trade platform:
The seller will pay a commission of 5 % of the purchase sum. This commission + VAT will be deducted from the purchase sum before it is disbursed.
